Armenia and Azerbaijan have been trading blame for a flare-up of violence at the border earlier this week. Azerbaijan's president says Armenia is behind what it calls a “large-scale military provocation”.
Its ministry of defence accused Armenian forces of planting mines in the Nagorno-Karabakh region during a ceasefire.
Meanwhile, Armenian soldiers say they were taken by surprise by drone strikes.
