If you've been watching me for a while you'll know that I always encourage you to wear what makes you feel great and to first and foremost explore what you already own before buying something new. But in saying that there are a few small tweaks and mindset shifts we can all make to get the very best out of the clothes we currently own and to try and avoid making fashion mistakes that hang unworn in our closet. So I hope you see this video as my way of encourage you to think a little differently about your own clothes so you can be inspired to wear them differently and ultimately enjoy them more. I thought this video was timely too given that the stores are starting to fill up with the latest fall fashion trends and while this is exciting it can be overwhelming and before you know if you've bought clothes that you didn't really need. Fashion trends videos are my absolute favourite videos to make because I love giving you a heads up on what you can expect to see in the stores real soon. I also love making these videos because I like to think that they help to steer you in the right direction when it comes to fashion to avoid making any costly mistakes. There's nothing worse than buying something and not getting the wear out of it so my advice would be to look at these Winter fashion trends and see if any of them fit your style and your lifestyle before you even consider buying them. Also I'm hoping you will already own a number of the pieces show in today's fashion edit so hopefully this video means you won't purge any of these pieces from your wardrobe anytime soon.

Sharing a couple of tips and tricks on how to style broad shoulders. I'll be showing you ways you can embrace them or reduce them by using clothes to widen your hips and create more balance. These are quick and simple tips that I use almost every time that I get dressed in order to make my outfits look more balanced. These tips will also work if you are inbetween an inverted triangle and an hourglass body shape but not quite a rectangle body shape.

In this insightful talk, Nat explains why we shouldn't call out hypocrites, and what to do instead. Too often, Nat says, we use the hypocrisy of others as an excuse for inaction, and charity as an excuse to do anything. We target charitable messengers and avoid critiquing charitable messages. Nat argues that the exact opposite should be true. He explains that the people we call hypocrites often aren't actually hypocritical. Their hypocrisy is an illusion. As such, focussing on the hypocrisy of the messenger is inaccurate and misguided. Instead, Nat argues that we should focus on the validity of the message because this helps to maximize impact. We should not target charitable messengers, and critiquing charitable messages should no longer be taboo. Nat challenges us all to "rebut the message not the messenger" because what matters more than doing an action is the impact of that action. According to Nat, small minds rebut people but great minds rebut arguments!

We are currently living in one of the most tumultuous periods of political change - from the rise of populism to the potential break up of long established international partnerships. Femi Oluwole is passionate about youth engagement and this has seen him challenge establishment figures on TV and radio. Femi tells us about his own journey in political activism and how to inspire others to pursue the causes about which they feel passionate.
Femi is a political activist and founder Our Future Our Choice the anti-Brexit student activism platform. After graduating in Law from Nottingham University he worked for Human Rights organisations before taking up the political mantle. His passionate advocacy for youth engagement has seen him challenge establishment figures on TV and radio and generated invitations to write for the Independent, Guardian and Metro newspapers. Femi will challenge Politicians to promote facts rather than opinions and inspire his peers to join the debate.
